You have 14 calendar days to return / exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you have received an incorrect item/size we will pay for the returns postage.
However if it is a change of mind or ordered incorrectly you will have to fund the postage.
(This is due to the nature of being a Non Profit organisation, all funds raised are used in aid of supporting others in their struggles and time of need!)
